Urgently requiring a new ethical review system Real Code were hired on contract over several months to deliver two separate systems to the university. We delivered a secure ethical review application, administration and review system on time and budget within the first three months after several reviews and enhancements that delighted the client.
Our second delivery was a data entry system for careers to enter work experience related points for students and integrate the result to their Oracle scoring system.
Thanks to the delight of our client, this looks to have expanded into an ongoing relationship where we will deliver many more internal systems to enable key business processes.
OwnFone Ltd Mobile Virtual Network Operator
We hand crafted the .net application to generate PDF format billing from CDR call data generated by their great unique handsets targetted towards the old and the young. This software also makes API calls to a direct debit processing house to ensure business cashflow remains continuous through regular accurate customer billing.
Fiat and Alfa Lead Management System
Working closely with a west London contact centre needing a solution to manage the processing of leads from the UK Fiat and Alfa websites through to customers taking a test drive. Lead data collected via web services from the branded sites creates customers in a bespoke CRM system that sends requested brochures and arranges callbacks from showrooms with test drive appointments. The customer journey is full managed and reported on to ensure leads are funnelled to converted sales.
Swisscom Wingo WebAPI
A web development company in Switzerland (OWT) were contracted to develop a pilot customer service portal for mobile phone users in the region, a UK MVNA had the right billing platform for the virtual model of operation that Wingo desired to use, we created the secure WebAPI bridge in C# that allowed OWT to consume live data from servers provided by the MVNA, info such as calling data and customer profiles could be viewed and updated online and on the consumer mobile device.
